Cain is anxious over his surgery (Credit: ITV) 1. Cain has surgery It’s a big day for Cain as he is going in for his operation. He and Moira are being strong for each other, but Kyle is worried sick about it. He has breakfast with the other Dingles but can’t keep his mind off his dad. At the hospital, Cain is wheeled off for surgery and Kyle is in a panic. Dr Todd won’t let Jacob go in Emmerdale spoilers It’s the day of Todd’s dad’s funeral. Jacob feels bad that their feud has gone so far, especially as he knows what it’s like to lose a parent.
