In Emmerdale spoilers for Friday, April 25, Mack finds Liam unconscious, but who attacked him?
Things haven’t been going too well for poor Liam recently. And once again, he’s set to get another bump to the head. And as viewers know, John likes to play the hero when someone is in danger, so has Liam put himself directly in his firing line? Or did someone else attack him?

1. Mack finds Liam unconscious
Last night (Thursday, April 24) John was so angry with Mack for meddling in his relationship with Aaron he vowed he would sort him out. Mack took it upon himself to tell John him and Aaron were over – without actually consulting Aaron first.
However, although John managed to explain himself in the end, Aaron wasn’t forgiving and said he wasn’t sure they could still get married. Devastated John blamed Mack.
Elswhere this week, John has been demoted to temporary receptionist at the surgery – something he’s not happy about. He thinks Liam has it in for him and wants to punish him.
It’s John’s two enemies that come together when Mack finds Liam knocked out on the ground. He has clearly been attacked. But did John have anything to do with it? And what does this mean for his vendetta against Mack – is he next in John’s firing line?
Or was it totally unconnected to John? Who attacked Liam – and why?
2. Aaron and Chas panic
News of Liam’s attack hits Aaron and Chas, who rush out of the pub when they hear.
Immediately they all think Ella was responsible, and want answers on why she has come back just to attack Liam yet again.
But viewers know that Ella wasn’t actually ever responsible for any of the things she was accused of. Instead, it was all John.
So, the question remains, was this John too? There are a few fans that predict Liam will actually fake his attack as he already knows that John is suffering from Hero Complex and is trying to get the proof he needs to take him down.
Whether or not John was responsible, Liam has had enough bumps to the head over the last few months to last him a lifetime!
