Elsewhere Sarah takes her decision to Manpreet, but things don’t go smoothly.

1. Steph lies to Ruby and Caleb in Emmerdale spoilers
Steph goes to see her surgeon, intent on getting plastic surgery. After the appointment, she is feeling more positive about her future, which Caleb and Ruby are thrilled to see. However they don’t know the real reason she feels happier.
Steph then shocks her parents by revealing that she is going to go on holiday for a while – giving her a cover for her plastic surgery.
2. John attempts to fix his mistake in Emmerdale spoilers
After his close call with answering Nate’s phone, John is determined to make sure he hasn’t completely screwed up.
However, he bumps into Cain, who is leaving another voicemail for Nate. This makes him realise things are going to be harder than he thought.
Has Cain just become one of John’s next targets?
3. Manpreet tries to let Sarah down gently
After dropping the bombshell that it’s not a boyfriend she wants it’s a baby, Sarah pushes ahead with her IVF plans. First stop is an appointment with GP Manpreet who is stunned by what Sarah is suggesting.
Manpreet gently tries to talk Sarah through the reality of her fanconi anaemia. She is sure it won’t be possible, but is worried by Sarah not accepting the truth.
Sarah pushes on regardless and insists she can do IVF. Will she be able to make her baby dreams a reality? Or is she going to get her heartbroken all over again?
4. Sarah and Vanessa have a heart-to-heart
Elsewhere, after opening up to Vanessa about her hopes to be a mum, Sarah gives her some advice of her own.
She tells Vanessa that it is time to put things right with Mary, despite everything that happened with Suzy.
Will Vanessa be able to move on? And if so, will Rhona and her friendship begin to mend too?
