Charity makes huge confession to the Dingles in Emmerdale early release as her fate is revealed

It’s been an explosive week in Emmerdale as Dr Todd’s murderer was finally revealed to be Sarah. However, wanting to help her niece, Charity took full responsibility.
With fans fearing she would be sent down, Charity’s fate was revealed in ITVX’s early release, as she shocked the Dingles with a revelation.
The Dingles rallied together in Emmerdale
In tonight’s episode of Emmerdale, Sarah faced a lot of questions from the rest of the family. Particularly from Cain, who could tell she was hiding something important.
They decided it was best to keep the facts of the case quiet. And so, the pub was closed and a Dingle meeting was called (with barely any Dingles!)
But when they were going over what happened with Sarah, Cain couldn’t keep his thoughts inside any longer. He asked her exactly what she was hiding, and admitted that he didn’t believe the story, as Charity would never just go straight to the police.
However, instead of making Sarah want to open up about the murder, Cain only made her run out. And she headed directly to the police station.
Charity made a revelation
Sarah arrived and told the person at the desk that she wants to speak to someone about Dr Todd. But just as she was waiting to be called, Charity walked out with DS Ramsden.
Released pending further investigation, Charity headed back to the village with Sarah. Only like her niece, she was met with quite a lot of questions.
Initially she played it off, trying to get away with vague answers but Jacob and Cain were determined to find out exactly why Todd was even at her house.
Eventually, Charity realised the only way to move forward is if they know the truth. So, she told them that Dr Todd had raped her – leaving everyone shocked. Sarah clarified that this is what she knew, leaving even the Dingles believing they know everything now.
While Emmerdale spoilers remain tight tipped over what is going to happen in the investigation, it’s sure going to put a strain on both Charity and Sarah’s lives. And Emmerdale fans aren’t that convinced that Charity and Mack will survive the fallout.
