A third wrote: “Tremendous news Jeremy.” And someone else chimed in: “Great news, glad to see you’re looking well! It’s a shame we have to wait so long to watch season 6 though!”
When was Jeremy Clarkson diagnosed with cancer?
Jeremy dropped the bombshell that he had been diagnosed with cancer in the penultimate episode of series 5’s Clarkson’s Farm.
He explained to Kaleb and Charlie that he had received his diagnosis in “May”. Given the filming schedule, this would have been in May 2025.
Jeremy told them: “I’ve got cancer.” Shocked, Kaleb replied: “No, uou haven’t? Where?”
Jeremy admitted: “Where it is of no concern of anybody. I’ve known since May.”

He reminded them that he had a “medical” in May, adding: “I disappeared off the other week and I had a biopsy and it is cancer and it’s aggressive. But it’s really early so the treatment will be, you know.
“I was praying we could get the harvest done and then I could go and get some treatment but it’s going to be slap bang in the middle.”
The series then ended with Jeremy lying in hospital with a ‘nil by mouth’ sign above his head.
He said to viewers at home: “What I wanted to say was, if this is all successful, I’ll see you for season six. And if it isn’t, I won’t!”
Thankfully, he will. Hurrah!
