Coronation Street follow-up: As concerns grow for Sam, Leanne becomes suspicious of Megan and wants answers
Megan's time is running outCoronation Street has started the fall of Megan, as Leanne grew suspicious of her in tonight’s episode. And as spoilers show Sam ends up in hospital next week, things are quickly amping up.
For months, viewers have been watching Megan groom teen Will Driscoll in horrific scenes. The fitness coach has been having an inappropriate love affair with her teen student, and is even pregnant with his baby.
But Sam’s family are concerned about him, as he hasn’t been acting like himself lately. And soon enough, he ends up in hospital with Leanne demanding answers. But what they don’t know is he’s on a mission to take-down Megan.

Leanne is suspicious of Megan in Coronation Street
Tonight (March 12) Sam’s family gathered in the bistro to discuss the youngster’s recent behaviour. None of them currently know what’s really going on with him.
But as they discuss it, Megan arrives with Daniel, and overhears everything. Both of them try to suggest reasons for Sam’s sleep issues, but Megan is evidently trying to get away from the conversation.
Clearly shaken by Sam’s knowledge, Megan cancels her date with Daniel as she’s “too busy”. But Leanne hears this, and grows suspicious of Megan’s true intentions.
Later, at the flat, Megan heads out, and Leanne wastes no time in dishing the gossip to Toyah and Eva.
All three of them discuss whether Megan could actually be having an affair, but Leanne promises them that she thinks she is right.
While they all throw theories out over who she could be sleeping with, naturally, none of them suspect the actual truth, which is much, much darker.

Sam spills all next week
For a while, Megan has been making Sam feel as though he’s been slacking with his schoolwork. And so, to cope with all the pressures of knowing the secret, Sam has been taking some unprescribed ADHD meds.
But next week, the concerns about Sam are proven to be right, when he ends up in hospital after collapsing. It happens right as Eva tries to check on him, but he spots Megan and bolts.
Later, at the hospital, Leanne gently tries to suggest that his exams weren’t the only thing he has been struggling with recently, urging the youngster to open up to her.
Just as Sam goes to tell her, Eva appears in the doorway. But a brand-new Coronation Street trailer suggests the game is up for Megan completely.
In the trailer, Eva and Ben can be seen displaying their anger over the revelation that their son “has been abused by a sexual predator”. And they vow to make sure Megan ends up behind bars.
Although, viewers know that Megan is still around in April, as she was one of five potential murder victims on the cobbles.
