Emmerdale summer spoilers see soap female powerhouses thrown into peril
It won't be a quiet summer, that's for sure
Emmerdale summer spoilers have been released in a new promo and it looks like the female villagers are at the centre of the drama.
This summer, huge storylines will centre around six Emmerdale village residents. These are Gabby, Charity, Dawn, Sarah, Serena, and returning character Sadie King.
There’s peril and a battle for power on the way, and it looks set to be a memorable season in the Dales.
This summer set to ‘change Emmerdale village forever’
Summer has already kicked off, but it’s definitely not over yet. With August just around the corner, the summer season will get even more intense for certain Emmerdale villagers. And, the women of Yorkshire are at the forefront of it all.
Gabby, Charity, Dawn, Sarah, Serena and Sadie will find themselves right in the middle of the action. ‘New allegiances are formed’ and ‘old feuds reignited’ in a summer that has been described as one that will ‘leave the village changed forever.’
Emmerdale producer Laura Shaw has teased: “From explosive secrets that shatter lives to dangerous new allegiances that threaten to tear the village apart, this season promises to be one of our most intense yet. The village is set for a dramatic transformation, and we can’t wait for our audience to see the peril these characters face.”
The women who are at the centre of it all
Emmerdale’s leading ladies are in for one chaotic summer. Secrets, lies and impossible choices will turn the village upside down.
Charity is ready to fight for her family. But, her desperate attempts to keep everyone safe soon then leave her tangled in a web of lies. Before long, a jaw-dropping confession sends shockwaves through the village. Elsewhere, Sadie storms back into the Dales with an agenda of her own. And, it doesn’t take long before she’s then dropping a bombshell that leaves everyone reeling.
Dawn should be looking forward to her big day, but instead she finds herself caught in the middle of a bitter feud. With tensions rising, she’s forced to make a heartbreaking decision about her future. Sarah is also feeling the pressure as the truth about Leyla’s parentage threatens to explode, leaving her world hanging by a thread.
Meanwhile, Serena’s secrets become harder to hide as her situation grows increasingly dangerous, forcing her to decide just how much she’s prepared to risk. And poor Gabby is trying to keep everything together. But, the stress then pushes her to breaking point and also puts her health in serious danger. After a shocking incident, she faces a huge moral dilemma. And, it could change several lives forever.
It’s safe to say the women of Emmerdale won’t be getting a quiet summer anytime soon.
