Rachel admitted: “Watching it back has definitely been hard. It really takes you back to that moment.
“It was a really jarring and shocking moment. I think everyone can really see that when I’m sitting there trying to process what happened. It doesn’t get easier to watch, that’s for sure.”
The male presenter described Bec’s language as “completely uncalled for”. He added: “I learned a new word last night.”
Wide-eyed Rachel looked shocked, before saying she did think Bec was trying to be funny.
“I truly think Bec was telling a joke and it was the wrong language to be using,” she said.
But she was then quick to issue Bec with a warning.

Telling Bec what she believes she needs to hear, Rachel said: “I think Bec just needs to learn to have more self-awareness and read the room.
“I don’t think there was any malice behind what she said, it’s just really poorly timed and not appropriate.”
Rachel went on to say she was made to feel she was “overreacting” about the situation by the others, which she found particularly difficult.
And when asked if Bec’s ‘joke’ impacted her relationship with Steven, Rachel admitted: “Oh gosh, yes.”
She explained: “We were on a slow intimacy journey and all of a sudden, our intimacy is the spotlight of retreat. It put us on ice all week, if not longer.”
