The German Masters 2026 continues today with the semi-finals – so make sure you know what time the snooker is on, who’s playing, and how to watch it.

We are officially less than three months away from the 2026 World Snooker Championship.

Earlier this month, Wilson defied expectations (especially after bombing out of the UK Championship in the first round) and won the Masters.

However, his German Masters journey was cut short by Shaun Murphy in the quarters. So, with the semi-finals taking place today, the tournament is anyone’s for the taking.

What happened to Ronnie O’Sullivan at the German Masters?

Ronnie O’Sullivan scraped by the first round with a victory against Long Zehuang, but it wasn’t enough to beat Ali Carter. The Captain won 5-3 against the Rocket.

The pair had a notorious feud, particularly after a shoulder barge between them at the Crucible in 2018.

However, despite their unsavoury words about each other, O’Sullivan described him as a “good lad” last year.

Speaking about their match at the German Masters, Carter told WST: “It didn’t look like he was enjoying it too much out there today.

“It’s great for the fans to see him, but it wasn’t enjoyable in the end to see him not really enjoy it. The heat of the battle is what we all play for but I suppose he’s in a different stage of his career right now.”
