Today’s EastEnders saw Oscar stuck between Josh and Jasmine as the trio enjoyed a day out together. But after Josh and Jasmine argued, Oscar found himself getting closer to Josh, and fans are now starting to wonder if they have got Josh all wrong.

Is Josh really as innocent as he looks? Or could he be hiding a secret?

The love triangle continues

Ever since Josh and Oscar spent the night together, not knowing that they were both connected to Jasmine, there has been a spark between the pair.

With Jasmine now out of jail, she has reunited with Oscar, and the pair are smitten. But as Jasmine tries to rebuild her life in Walford, she is oblivious to the growing attraction between her brother and her boyfriend.

Today’s EastEnders saw the trio head out for the day together. But when Josh and Jasmine fought over an old childhood game they used to play, Jasmine stormed off. Oscar was left to comfort a guilty Josh… and soon the pair found themselves getting cosy over a drink in The Albert.

However, as they talked, it was clear the attraction between them was as strong as ever, and they almost shared a secret kiss. Oscar pulled away before anything could happen and made a hasty exit. But this won’t be the end of things for the pair.

The drama continues for Oscar and Josh in tomorrow’s EastEnders

Oscar and Josh agree to keep their distance from one another tomorrow. But Penny sees them talking and guesses something is going on. Oscar confides in Penny, and she is surprised to hear he has feelings for both Jasmine and Josh.

Later, Oscar sees Josh flirting with another man in The Albert, and he can’t help but feel jealous.

Will he do something he regrets?

EastEnders: Is Josh really who he says he is?

Josh says all the right things, telling Oscar that they should stay away from one another for Jasmine’s sake… but his actions say the opposite. The fact that Josh doesn’t seem to be able to stay away from Oscar is making fans think that perhaps he isn’t as innocent as he looks.

Until now, EastEnders has painted Jasmine as the bad twin. She’s killed Anthony, been to prison, and recently she lashed out at the woman who mugged Josh. Josh, on the other hand, has always been the innocent one. He even ended up giving his mugger money after she told him a sob story about losing her husband.

But now fans are wondering if perhaps Josh is the bad twin, pursuing his sister’s boyfriend, regardless of her feelings…

“Josh is going to be the evil twin without a doubt. I don’t buy the Mr Nice Guy act at all. It’s not every day you feel sorry for Jasmine, but the new direction they’ve taken her character has definitely saved her,” said one fan on X.

Someone else agreed: “Does anyone else think that Josh might be the evil twin and not Jasmine?”

“Josh is trying to flirt with Oscar right in front of Jasmine. Have some shame!” pointed out a third fan.

What else happened in EastEnders today?

As well as Oscar getting caught in the middle of Jasmine and Josh, we also saw George avoiding Eddie and Lauren going into business with Mark...

Gina reached out to George

After finding George sitting in the Square with Ivy, clearly avoiding going home, Gina told her dad she was worried about him. George shut down, not wanting to talk about Eddie, leaving Gina more worried than ever. Later, she confided in Penny. They decided that she should call the police and report Eddie after Nigel's funeral.

Lauren made a deal with the devil

After falling out with her dad over the burned-out classic cars, Lauren's day went from bad to worse. Not only was she determined to win her bet with her dad fair and square, but she was also worried when Jimmy's nursery told them a space was available, and she and Peter realised they couldn't afford it. Needing cash and quick, Lauren went to see Mark. She agreed to go into business with him, selling stolen cars. Will she live to regret her decision?
