What Joe did was unforgivable (Credit: ITV) Lydia tried to make peace in Emmerdale tonight Joe Tate made a very cold revenge move on Sunday March 29 when he ordered the field in which Holly Barton’s memorial lay to be bulldozed. Holly’s tree and everything that remembered her was destroyed. The Dingles were utterly distraught and immediately went to confront Kim. Kim denied any knowledge of it and left Graham to broker peace. But Matty and the Dingles weren’t letting it go, despite Graham insisting they would repair the damage and replace the tree. No one would admit Joe was behind it, they blamed the workmen being careless. They then decided to go on a nice family break away with the kids to realign their priorities. Fortunately that takes Joe out of the firing line tomorrow night for Lydia’s peace talks. She has invited Kim for dinner to sort everything out and try to call a truce. Later, Jacob tells Graham it’s likely to be mushroom poisoning, but who was behind it? Sam points the finger at Cain who told him where to forage the mushrooms, but did Cain really do this? We’re not short of suspects in the poisoning of Kim Tate in Emmerdale, but who’s top of the list? Caleb has always wanted to punish Kim (Credit: ITV) 1. Caleb Miligan He’s always hated Kim and wanted revenge on her for taking his birth right, Home Farm. And now Lydia stands to inherit it, Caleb thinks if Kim has a “little accident”, they can persuade Lydia to sell up and split the profits of Home Farm between them all. But will Caleb cause that accident so he can buy it himself? Chas being friendly with Kim was all an act (Credit: ITV) 2. Chas Dingle could be Kim’s poisoner in Emmerdale Chas has been absolutely vehement in her hatred of Kim and wanting her punished. Despite the fact we think they’d make great friends after last week’s get together, she is out for blood. Caleb’s suggestion of offing Kim definitely didn’t shock or outrage Chas. And even though she said she was joking, something in her voice made us think she wasn’t. Cain is in the frame (Credit: ITV) 3. Cain Dingle Cain was in on the conversation and he looked very thoughtful at the end. Could he punish Kim by taking Caleb’s idea on board and making it happen? Kim suspects Joe might have been involved (Credit: ITV) 4. Does Joe Tate poison Kim in Emmerdale? He feels he’s had his birth right stolen too and he might want to punish Kim for that. But also he might want to frame the Dingles so she doesn’t leave Home Farm to Lydia. Could he administer just enough mushrooms to give Kim a scare, but not actually kill her? Graham’s Mr Nice guy act is suspicious (Credit: ITV) 5. Graham Foster We’re not buying this truce Kim and Graham have called. As far as we’re concerned he’s still out to get her.
