And it’s clear there’s more to this than we know. So what else is Kammy hiding? The mechanic has been accused of starting the fires at Emmerdale Farm and the evidence against him doesn’t look good. He confessed to Vinny what has really been going on, but won’t open up to Belle. Which begs the question: why not? Kammy is sleeping in the barn (Credit: ITV) Kammy is homeless Viewers discovered on Tuesday night (May 26) that Kammy has been sleeping in the barn, cooking beans on his camping stove. But he hasn’t told anyone. He is particularly keen to keep it from girlfriend Belle. She wanted to meet his family and he snapped at her, shutting down the ideea firmly. Belle found herself about to go through his phone for answers. Although disgusted with herself, she knew it meant something wasn’t right with Kammy. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers So tonight (Wednesday May 27) she told him what she had almost done. He insisted she had nothing to worry about and he was being totally honest with her. Only he wasn’t being totally honest with her. Not at all. But then they got a call from Matty telling them there was someone looking shifty in one of the fields. Aaron and Robert raced off and found Kammy with a petrol can and a lighter. Kammy couldn’t believe they were accusing him of being the arsonist. Robert got heavy handed as Kammy insisted it wasn’t what it looked like. As Aaron intervened to stop Robert going too far, Kammy legged it. Distraught Belle felt like she’d been lied to again (Credit: ITV) Kammy confessed to Vinny, but got dumped by Belle Aaron later went to see Belle to tell her what they thought Kammy had been up to. Belle was devastated and went to confide in Vinny. But Vinny was with Kammy who was confessing everything. He revealed he had lost his flat a while ago after being unable to pay his bills and maxing out some credit cards. He also said he had been planning to torch his beloved car to claim on the insurance. But when Belle came knocking, Kammy refused to admit the truth to her. Despite Vinny’s attempts to make Belle see there was more to it, with Kammy refusing to talk, she assumed that pointed to his guilt. Belle broke off their relationship for a second time, devastated. But Kammy still said nothing as Belle left sobbing. Kammy’s story is only just beginning (Credit: ITV) More to come On Thursday night Kammy will find himself arrested for the fires. Will that force him to tell the truth? Shebz Miah, who plays Kammy, has told that there is more to come from this storyline. Speaking to Metro.co.uk, he revealed this will “snowball into other things”. “I think from when I first came in to now, it’s been a slow burner. “But I think we are starting to learn more about Kammy and see that there is more to him than this cheekiness that he’s got and this bravado that he puts on.” He continued: “The mask comes off, and we get to see this different version of what we’ve seen so far. “Uncomfortable at times, but at the end of the day, he’s human, and there’s only so long you can keep the bravado for. “But yeah, fans won’t expect it, and it will snowball into other things as well, but we start to see why and where it all came from.” So what else is Kammy hiding?
