The young medic wants to escape his tormentor, but Todd has other ideas when she manipulates Manpreet into thinking Jacob is obsessed with her. Elsewhere, Paddy is horrified to learn April is being called to give evidence for the prosecution. The fragile teen fears her testimony will backfire and Dylan will therefore be sent down. He arranges to swap shifts with Rich so he can get away from Todd for just one day.
