Dr Todd has the upper hand over Jacob, again Now Sarah knows exactly what Jacob has been going through with Dr Todd, she really notices how much this has affected him. She offers her support and encourages him to stand up to his bullying boss. Then Sarah confronts Vanessa and lays into her for believing Todd rather than listening to Jacob’s side of things. Taking Sarah’s advice, Jacob goes to see Carol in HR about making the formal complaint after all.
