Las Vegas cop Vincent Downs steals a 25kg shipment of cocaine from a violent casino boss, whose associates kidnap Downs' teenage son in retaliation. Downs is keen to return the drugs and see his son set free, but is hampered by having to dodge the attentions of an internal affairs officer.
