Alex Polizzi tries to help Jonathan Davies and Jacquie Noot, who are struggling to attract guests to the 300-year-old Rose and Crown in the market town of Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. Alex is impressed with the bedrooms, but the discovery of mountains of Jonathan's paperwork littering the hotel's public areas prompts her to give the owners an ultimatum - significantly reduce the clutter or she will walk away from the project
