The first televised Prom from the Glasshouse in Gateshead, featuring two classical works - Bach's Keyboard Concerto in D Minor and Mendelssohn's 'Lobgesang' Symphony. Presented by Linton Stephens. David Fray plays Bach's Keyboard Concerto in D Minor, and some 200 singers perform in Mendelssohn's 'Lobgesang' Symphony, with soloists Hera Hyesang Park, Adele Charvet and Benjamin Hulett.
