Jane also meets one of Northern Ireland's finest willow weavers and makes an Ulster basket, which was traditionally used to drain potatoes after boiling. Summer means an abundance of flowers growing in the polytunnel, so Jane tries her hand at the ancient Japanese craft of plant hammering
