As the night shift begins, 82 patients across the North West are waiting for an ambulance with a new call being taken every 30 seconds. Advanced Paramedic Amy is dispatched to reports of a man lying face down in the middle of the road while Cameron and Kiera respond to a nine-year-old with a bowel blockage. Debbie, Kelsea and Senior Paramedic Debbie are dispatched to a 40-year-old male who is unconscious, not breathing and bleeding from the head and a GP calls with concerns about her diabetic patient with abdominal pain
