After years of realising Lord Newborough's innovative and ambitious ideas, Rhug is now an organic and self-sustaining farm, and one of the most progressive businesses in Wales that sells its products to some of the best restaurants in the world. Mari also meets Gareth's potential successor Emyr Wyn Owen, before being there for Gareth's very last emotional day
