Spike the bulldog becomes Jerry's personal bodyguard when he saves him from the dog catcher. / Tom is hired by a Wild West sheriff to stop Jerry from stealing the town's cheese. / Jerry tries to break up Tom and his new girlfriend cat by getting an alley cat to fight for her affections. / Tom comes home late from being out with the guys and is exhausted. However, he must stay awake all night and chase Jerry or else he is out of the house for good. / Tom tries to impress the girls at the beach by catching Jerry Mouse. / Spike the bulldog warns Tom not to disturb his sleep.
