Luke Gamble's journey comes to an end in Uganda, where he treats a dishevelled dog in Kampala, heads into the countryside to help farmers with their livestock and meets a few cheeky chimps at a sanctuary on Ngamba Island. Before returning to Dorset, he also heads into the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to observe mountain gorillas
