The semi-finals reach their end, and four of the five remaining cooks will eventually make it through to Finals Week. Anna Haugh and Grace Dent have two demanding tasks up their sleeves, and will want to see glimpses of championship-winning food in all the plates delivered. The judges have invited pastry chef Philip Khoury, and the cooks are asked to recreate one of his signature desserts
