The finalists travel to Athens, Greece, where they are set three challenges designed to broaden their culinary horizons like never before. For starters, they prepare a lunch for locals, including a selection of dishes chosen by TV chef Agiro Barbarigou. Day two sees the amateurs working in the kitchen of Michelin-starred restaurant Patio, mentored by executive chef Panagiotis Giakalis, then finally they are made solely responsible for service at a VIP dinner at the Akti restaurant, cooking for Agiro, Panagiotis and more of Athens' leading chefs
