Carrie MacNeil introduces the bands competing at Grade 1 in the World Pipe Band Championships 2022. Fourteen bands competed that year - from Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Canada and the USA. This programme features selected sounds and sights from the climactic second day, with March, Strathspey and Reel and Medley sets from the bands. Scottish Power from Scotland, the 78th Fraser Highlanders from Canada and St Laurence O'Toole from Eire are amongst some of the bands featured
