Neven Maguire ventures to Northumberland, the northernmost county in England. He visits the Potted Lobster restaurant in Bamburgh, where he meets chef Richard Sim, whose passion for using Northumberland ingredients inspires his menu. Neven's next stop is the seaside village of Craster, home of the Craster Kipper. Here, he meets Neil Robson, who operates the last remaining kipper smokehouse in the area with his family
