Paramedics are called to a man with chest pains, who is in so much discomfort that he can hardly speak, while a woman with liver disease has fallen over and ripped her ear. Just going to the toilet leaves another patient in agony, as he has only one kidney, and the paramedics are concerned he's got an infection, while a woman with a history of heart problems is struggling to breathe
