A major road closure means a category one patient is left waiting for help for over an hour, while frontline crew Sarah and Louise have no choice but to call for police backup when they are attacked by a patient suffering a seizure. A persistent and abusive caller causes major disruption for the team in the control centre, blocking the lines for those genuinely in need of help
