Emma Willis and Tom Allen host as Joey Essex, JB Gill, Caroline Quentin and Harry Aikines-Aryeetey take on each other in a four-way cooking battle. They'll produce dishes from a recipe they've never seen before in just 30 minutes. The two celebrities who impress the most go through to the quarter finals, and the losing stars will have to impress world class chefs and cook again in the final few minutes, before one leaves the competition
