An undercover operation planned to assassinate a suspected terrorist in Tehran results in disaster. Innocent civilians are allowed to die but the target survives and asks to defect. It then emerges Section D were set up, and the plot was really a means of releasing a lethal virus into Iran - which the team have brought back with them to Britain. Starring Rupert Penry-Jones and Raza Jaffrey
