Derek Brockway embarks on easily accessible walks at either end of the country. Accompanied by writer and producer Bedwyr Rees at the seaside village of Moelfre on Anglesey, he follows the coastal path looking at sites of dramatic shipwrecks and hearing about rescues by heroic local lifeboatmen. The second walk picks up this historical theme in the countryside around Dyffryn Gardens in the Vale of Glamorgan. His guide is Will Renwick, who at 22 became the youngest person to cover the whole perimeter of Wales on foot
