Chloe heads to Lilycove City to meet up with Ash and Goh and watch Sylveon compete in a Pokémon Contest. There, she's approached by Contest Idol Lisia, who encourages her to enter. She then runs into Serena, Sylveon's Trainer and Ash's former traveling companion, and the two go to the Contest Hall.
