Chefs from the Central England region serve up their canapes, starters and fish dishes on an animation and illustration theme. Their vegan starters include a yellow beetroot Pac-Man and a 'Dragon's Egg' in homage to the Dragonology book series. The fish course includes two dishes in tribute to Raymond Briggs's Bogeyman and a Pingu mackerel, while the final chef serves up a hake inspired by Korky the Cat
