They sample a Spanish family's al fresco feast, featuring tortilla, garlic prawns and meatballs, and meet a brother and sister whose Hungarian roots provide inspiration for huge picnics. Along the way, they rustle up potted beef and salmon, as well as minced beef pinwheels, and take part in a sushi challenge
