Alan Titchmarsh and his team of horticultural experts come to the aid of Carol Nwosu, whose 16-year-old son has sickle cell anaemia. As well as caring for Danny, Carol runs a charity supporting families with children who also have the blood disorder, while battling crippling arthritis herself. Alan's plan is to make the Nwosus' tiny south London plot seem larger and provide them with a space that addresses all their needs
