Chris and Lee attend a patient who has fallen from a horse in a remote rural location. They try to extract the patient from the paddock, but with limited helicopter resources available across the region and another 999 call in progress for a patient trapped underneath a mobile home, they realise support for their patient is looking unlikely. Meanwhile, Lauren and Anthony are dispatched to a patient believed to be in cardiac arrest
