Natalie's training switches to care for the elderly, bringing back memories of her beloved dad. In college, the students get hands-on with different aspects of support and try out glasses that simulate conditions like glaucoma, along with weighted suits that affect movement and balance. Natalie's placement takes her to a Royal British Legion care home, where the focus is on keeping the residents active and involved. The programme also meets a group of men who gather as part of the Men's Shed community programme in Newtownabbey
