Ruth Hinks' children Aiden and Delphine help out in her chocolate factory, while Tweed Commission bailiffs are out in force making sure the river's code is being adhered to. In Kelso, Tweedside Tackle owners Tim and Caroline Pilcher have been told their lease is up, but help is on hand when neighbouring hotelier Margaret offers them a property to keep their business alive
