Magical Japanese
The Manyoshu is the oldest extant anthology of Japanese poetry - through poems presented in both manga and modern settings, we glimpse sentiments from centuries ago as the topic this time is love.
Magical Japanese airs on NHK World - Japan HD at 12:43 PM, Tuesday 6 October. (New.)
