A lover of Asian-inspired dishes, she asks the first two hopefuls to prepare grilled cod's collar, tempura cod cheeks and a Korean-style barbecue sauce, while the second two face a recipe for mushroom and kimchi-filled dumplings with a chilli dipping sauce
