The documentary offers an insight into the work of frontline staff in Yorkshire. It promises to be a busy night in Bradford as the city's large Muslim community prepares to celebrate Eid. Call handler Ellie is on her final night shift before beginning her training to join the ambulance crews on the road - and before long she is guiding a worried husband through his wife's labour on the other end of the phone. Phoebe and Bailey are dispatched to Ann, who is suspected to have broken her hip in a fall after a few drinks ahead of her 80th birthday
