The rapper takes actress Anna Maxwell Martin on culinary tour of Amsterdam, teaching them everything they need to know about the Dutch capital through a dozen dishes. They starts with some local classics, before Zuu takes Anna to a Michelin-starred restaurant that is putting the Netherlands on the world food map with a modern take on traditional Dutch dishes. After discovering there's a lot more to Dutch cuisine than pancakes, a trip to the World of Food sees them sample some Caribbean Johnny Cakes, and a fufu and light soup gives Zuu a taste of home
