The X-bus makes its way to one of Europe's biggest winemaking regions and the halfway point on this extraordinary journey. In an ancient vineyard, host Rob Brydon tests the players' knowledge of one another and reveals who they consider to be their biggest threat. One lucky player wins a game-changing advantage - the ability to sabotage one of their rivals in the map room. However, as the players make their way closer to Destination X, they also stop off at an ancient walled city to pair up for one more challenge that could win them a valuable clue
