Donal Skehan celebrates and explores the festival of Vaisakhi. He is joined by chef Rajan Singh Chandri from Tadka House, who shares his recipe for a palak paneer - spinach and paneer curry. Master of Indian sweets Jarnail Singh makes a crispy, sugar-dipped traditional treat - jalebi. Donal's guests are Ravinder Singh Oberoi, Ireland's first Sikh member of the Garda Reserve and Gurpreet Channa Hayes, who share their Vaisakhi traditions and the significance of the festival
