Suzie Lee Arbuthnot visits the Buck's Head in Dundrum, Co Down, which is co-owned by Michelin-starred chef and Great British Menu finalist Alex Green. For starter, Alex creates a fine dining version of a mushroom tart with brown butter emulsion and bacon jam. Suzie then makes her version - a brown butter mushroom tart. For the main course, Alex rustles up barbeque shorthorn beef with carrots, potato mash, pickled onion and beef fat sauce. Inspired by Alex, Suzie cooks a pan-seared fillet steak, baked onion and smoky lardon mash. For dessert, both Alex and Suzie make lemon meringue pie
