Notts County v AFC Wimbledon (Kick-off 8.00pm). Coverage of the first League Two play-off semi-final first-leg match Meadow Lane, with the team who finished sixth in the table hosting the side who finished fifth. Matthew Platt scored the only goal of the game in the 67th minute to give Notts County a 1-0 win when these two teams met in the league back in October. That win moved the hosts up to fourth in the league while Wimbledon stayed in 11th place
