Nadiya Hussain concludes her culinary road trip by sampling what Wales has to offer. She heads to the Brecon Beacons National Park to meet sheep farmer Richard Roderick, who gives her a crash course in the essential skills of a shepherdess. In return, she cooks him lamb bhuna, served with garlic naan. In Monmouth, Nadiya visits Desdemona Freeman and Denise Jones, the UK's only homegrown edible rosewater makers, harvesting petals and creating a rose and raspberry fool
