The Pontypandy Pioneers must make a cup of tea to earn a badge and a new Pioneer Vest, but Peter and Mandy manage to accidentally start a forest fire! / When Peter lets Nipper off his lead after promising not to, Nipper runs away. Peter tries to get Nipper back but accidentally scares the dog off the edge of a cliff.
