Part two of two. Crofter Keith MacDonald returns to South America, a continent he once lived and worked in, on a journey to uncover the story of the Scots who emigrated there over a century earlier. His journey takes him deep into Argentine Patagonia, where he kayaks to the Perito Moreno Glacier, now beginning to show the first signs of retreat after decades of stability. He visits one of the only operational cattle ranches within the vast Los Glaciares National Park, joining a team of gauchos as they round up livestock, then ventures towards a remote archipelago off the southern tip of the continent
