With Christmas around the corner in South Ayrshire, a deep freeze descends on John's farm, creating havoc with the machinery and forcing him to cancel his glamping pod guests. On top of all that, imports of foreign lamb threaten profit margins for his lamb fattening business. In Moray, Nikki and Ollie pick up a big order from their local butcher. They're showcasing and selling their buffalo meat and other home-grown produce at a Christmas farmers market
